Our purpose is to help you help yourself before any form of grief can bring you harm, or even bring you down very far. We want you to recognize the value of sharing, that you are so far from being alone.

There are times when parents may seem more like the problem than the solution, but think: No one else puts out for you like they do, more often than not.
